Your Data Rights

Control your data directly — no email required, no waiting 30 days.

We built ArrangedSuccess on trust. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with advertisers. We collect only what we need to run the platform.

1. Who We Are

ArrangedSuccess is a matrimonial platform operated as a personal project. Our contact email is instanthpi@gmail.com. By using ArrangedSuccess, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. What We Collect

When you create a profile or use the platform, we may collect:

Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo provided through Google Sign-In.
Profile information: details you choose to share — age, occupation, education, city, family background, personal values, biography, and social media links (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
Photos: profile images you upload to represent yourself on the platform.
Birth date and time: used exclusively to calculate Vedic astrology compatibility scores and auspicious wedding dates. This information is never sold or shared with third parties.
Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, collected in aggregate to improve the platform. No individual tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

Display your profile to other registered users of the platform.
Calculate Vedic astrology compatibility (Ashtakoot Gun Milan) when two users compare birth charts.
Identify auspicious wedding dates (Muhurta) based on your birth details.
Authenticate you securely via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication).
Send you important service notifications, such as changes to this policy.
Improve platform features and fix bugs based on aggregated usage patterns.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or resale to any third party, ever.

4. Profile Visibility

Profiles created on ArrangedSuccess are visible to all registered users of the platform. This is intentional — the platform is designed for open browsing by prospective partners. You control what information appears on your profile. Do not include any personal contact information you are not comfortable sharing publicly within the platform.

Social links (WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, etc.) you add to your profile will be visible to all users. Only add links you intend to share.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), which is GDPR-compliant and uses encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication — we never store or see your Google password.

Photos are stored in Firebase Storage. Profile data is stored in Firestore, protected by server-side security rules that prevent unauthorized access or modification.

6. Third-Party Services

The platform uses the following third-party services:

Google Firebase: authentication, database, file storage. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts: typography (Inter, Playfair Display). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any advertising or tracking SDKs.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data: use the "Download My Data" button at the top of this page when signed in. Exports your full profile as JSON instantly.
Correct your data: update or correct your profile at any time from your account settings.
Delete your data: use the "Delete My Account" button at the top of this page to permanently erase all your data immediately, or email us at instanthpi@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Withdraw consent: stop using the platform at any time. Deactivating your profile removes it from public view immediately.

8. Minors

ArrangedSuccess is a matrimonial platform intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18. If you believe a minor has created a profile, please contact us immediately at instanthpi@gmail.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email.
